Disposal of Blessed Palms and other Blessed Objects - All blessed items should be disposed of in a dignified and reverent manner. There are two ways to dispose of blessed objects: by burning or burying them in the ground. Blessed objects made of wood may be burned, while metal, ceramic, and other non-comustible materials should be buried in the ground. Blessed objects should never be thrown in the gargage. Holy water should be put back into the earth, either by watering a plant in the house or by pouring it into the ground outside. It should not be poured down the drain.
